The Cite OED 1933 template generates a reference for a particular word defined in the corrected re-issue[1] of the first edition of the Oxford English Dictionary, as the most common printing of this edition. For earlier issues of the first edition {{Cite OED1}} may be used, and for references to the second or third (on-line) editions {{Cite OED2}} or {{Cite OED}} may be used, respectively.
