Usage edit
This will display a neighborhood map for any of the five boroughs of New York City. There is only one required parameter. Insert any of the names from this list (archive link) as the first parameter.
- Upper East Side (Yorkville • Central Park) should be input as
Upper East Side (Yorkville, Central Park) - Upper East Side (Yorkville • Central Park • Lenox Hill) should be input as
Upper East Side (Yorkville, Central Park, Lenox Hill) - Washington Heights (Fort Washington Park • Highbridge Park) should be input as
Washington Heights (Fort Washington Park, Highbridge Park) - Washington Heights (The Cloisters • Fort Tryon Park • Fort Washington Park • Fort George • Highbridge Park) should be input as
Washington Heights.
E.g. {{cite NYC bus map|Upper East Side (Yorkville, Central Park)}} should display:

Notes edit
- By default, adding any valid neighborhood name in the first parameter will display the corresponding neighborhood map. Otherwise it will just link here.
- If the first parameter is set to
|1=bus, for a bus map, the second parameter is any code from Template:Cite NYC bus map. The second parameter cannot be blank. - If the first parameter is set to
|1=Regional Diagram, the Regional Transit Diagram is displayed. - If the first parameter is set to
|1=neighborhoodor|1=neigh, the second parameter is the neighborhood name.
