Tables of Austrian government ministers and certain other department or office heads will often have three or more distinct sections because Austria likes to rename things around. The State Secretariat of Agriculture becomes the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, then the State Secretariat of Agriculture and Forestry, then the Ministry of Agriculture but no Forestry, and at this point we're still only about half way in. The current incumbent went from being Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management to being Minister of Sustainability and Tourism, which must have been a terrible blow because hydraulic engineering is a lot more interesting than hotel management, but then again power has its price.

The {{austroposse}} template helps you create the appropriate table subheadings for all these table sections. It emits a table row with a multi-column section heading and a second table row with headings for the individual columns. This reduces duplication, helps ensure consistency, and lets us change the visual presentation of the subheadings in one place as opposed to in 100+ places.

The template takes three named parameters:

Name: Value:
e The name of the office in English, e.g. "Ministry of Sustainability and Tourism"
g The official name of the office in the original German, e.g. "Bundesministerium für Nachhaltigkeit und Tourismus"
a The word you would use to address the office holder in English, e.g. "Secretary" or "Minister"
