This template is designed as an edit notice for articles about alumni of an institution. Editnotices using it appear in Category:Pages with alumni editnotice as well as Category:Pages with dynamic list editnotice.
Usage edit
On the edit notice template, place the following code:
{{Alumni edit notice
|institution=
}}
where
- institution is the name of the institution (not wikilinked).
- Alternatively, you can set the first unnamed parameter to the name of the institution.
Example edit
Template:Editnotices/Page/List of alumni of St. Stephen's College, Delhi contains the edit notice for the article List of alumni of St. Stephen's College, Delhi, and uses the following code:
{{Alumni edit notice|St. Stephen's College, Delhi}}
This produces the following edit notice:
 | Please only add entries to alumni that have a Wikipedia article with a citation to a reliable source establishing that they attended St. Stephen's College, Delhi. Entries that do not meet this standard may be removed. |
