Template:ARRS name/doc

Template:ARRS name displays an external link to an athlete's page at the Association of Road Racing Statisticians (ARRS) website. It is intended for use in the external links section of an article.

Usage

Unnamed parameters:

{{ARRS name | ID }}

{{ARRS name | ID | NAME }}

Named parameters:

{{ARRS name | id= ID }}

{{ARRS name | id= ID | name= NAME }}

Using Wikidata property ARRS runner ID (P3653):

{{ARRS name}}

{{ARRS name | name= NAME }}

Instructions

1. Go to ARRS and search for the athlete.
2. Click on the correct link to go to the person's page. Be sure you're getting the right person.
3. The page URL should look like:

   https://more.arrs.run/runner/####

   where #### indicates a number.

4. Add the following to the article's external links section:

   {{ARRS name|####|Name}}

   where #### is the number from the URL and Name is the athlete's name.
