There is no known source as to why Zoruru is revengeful against Dororo/Zeroro. The information of Zoruru being Dororo/Zeroro's former partner was never stated in any of the existing chapters from the manga or the episodes from the anime. Whoever wrote those informations, it would be nice to know the sources of the informations.
