So far CMPak has invested more than US$ 700 million in the telecom sector in Pakistan and an additional US$ 800 million will be invested till the end of year 2008.

Pakistanis are going through psychological turmoil due to political and security crisis (due to unnecessary involvement of US and other Western nose-poking nations as clear from recent catch of CIA agent/murderer Raymond Davis.) Thus exciting events are really a matter of concern. You may modify the text if some policy of Wikipedia is being affected however looking at the prevailing circumstances of Pakistan, "Providing much desired entertainment for fun-starving people of Karachi"; is certainly CSR.
