Removal of a short section edit
The section starting with "for instance" is wrong - the author has just got the wrong end of the stick. I can fix it, but that would just be duplicating what is already written in amplitude versus offset so I will remove it unless anyone objects. Nwhit (talk) 19:19, 13 February 2012 (UTC)

ASCE Journal edit
I've thought about improving this article for some time by introducing some practical field measurements from testing. I figured maybe the best source for something like that would be one of ASCE's journals. But doing a article search, I cannot find something that would be germane. Can anyone suggest something?
