editI was about to add this to Category:Free software, because there are hardly any Emacsen which aren't free, but it ocurred to me, didn't Stallman begin his GNU fight because Symbolics made stuff proprietary, and this was a Symbolics product... --maru (talk) Contribs 01:47, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
Past tense
