The articles linked are very similar and say things like:
"discussions on Afghanistan playing their inaugural Test at our ground after the ODI series"
"We are ready to host Afghanistan's first Test and for that, dates will be finalised soon"
"Afghanistan is hoping to lock horns with Zimbabwe in their inaugural Test" which all seem to indicate that it is still in a planning phase.

The Cricinfo article also says "While there are Tests against South Africa and Afghanistan to look forward to". I can see several Afghan news reports about this, but I can't access them at work at the moment (stupid firewall)! LugnutsFire Walk with Me 13:42, 25 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

As per other articles on series taking place in UAE, Shouldn't this be Zimbabwe vs Afghanistan in UAE?
