Although the English language version (2006) preceded the Chinese article (2008), it looks like there are additional sections on the Chinese article that one could use to expand the English version.
There may well be parts of the English article that can get translated to the Chinese article, too. Unfortunately, I have no understanding of Chinese except what I can glean from translate.google.com

Perhaps someone can find sources that are not from an anonymous blog. Below is some code that I had included that made use of a source from the Peoples Daily & Fang Zhouzi's blog, before the deletions to adhere to BLP policy.
Zhu won praise for immediately placing the case in hands of the authorities at [[Fudan University]] where he obtained his Ph.D. But after half a year, on 12th, Jan, 2011, the Committee of Academic Standards at Fudan University declared that though Zhu's dissertation is "flawed", the accusation of plagiarism cannot be justified<ref name="Peoples Daily">{{cite web |url=http://society.people.com.cn/GB/86800/13720819.html |title=复旦大学认定对学者朱学勤剽窃抄袭的指控不能成立 |author=姜泓冰 |trans_title=Allegations of plagiarism can not be established against Fudan University scholar Zhu Xueqin |date=2011-01-13 |language=Chinese |publisher=[[People's Daily Online]] |location=Beijing |accessdate=April 12, 2011 |quote=有缺点,不是剽窃 <nowiki>[There are shortcomings, not plagiarism] }}</ref>.
