Difficult to tell. The AfD decision is dated October 2005, but it appears this article wasn't initiated until over a year later, December 2006. Maybe there was an earlier versions which was deleted, and then someone re-created it 14 months later? And then User:Geopgeop placed the AfD info on the new article's Talk page on 11/17/2207.
