I don't know how to edit it into the page, but Yuri Lowenthal voiced Howard Wright in 2008's Siren: Blood Curse. Oddly enough, it's unlisted here on Wikipedia, and credits the wrong actor on IMDB. Here's a tweet from the man himself that confirms he voiced the character.
