Discography controversy edit

The full names of the albums have been modified for no reasons (and without commenting the changes). The exact references are the following:

  • Timedragons, An Astral Working of Illumination is indeed The Chaos Magick Audio CDs Volume 5 - The Galafron Rite & Timedragons, An Astral Working of Illumination, 1996, credited to Dave Lee, Soror U and Dr. Natan Satan and edited by Peter J. Carroll. It is distributed through Falcon Press
  • Mee is indeed For All God's Children ... And The Devil's Spawn, 1997, credited to Mee, distributed by Tesco Distribution Germany and available from the label site.

I am modifying back the section with the real names of the releases. Also, while we are at it, can anyone point me to references to the albums Cylinder - Mee (Mee Music) September 2001 and The Sound of Fashion - Mee (Bucks Music Group) February 2004. Like were they pressed? or should we remove them from the discography? - Jgc2003 (talk) 23:27, 10 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

I just found out that the title for the album For All God's Children ... And The Devil's Spawn is really Mee as it was credited this way on the compilation The Pact ...Of the Gods and on the CD itself. For All God's Children ... And The Devil's Spawn is just a quote at the back of the cover. Jgc2003 (talk) 10:04, 14 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I am Ysanne Spevack, the subject of this page. I composed and recorded the album called 'Mee', and that is the name of the record. There is a dedication on the inside of the booklet that was intended as a bit of light hearted artistic liberty as a dedication 'for all god's children... and the devil's spawn' that I actually intended to be for my friend, and for my friend Genesis P-Orridge who is often referred to as the devil's spawn in the British media. However, the name of the solo first album is simply 'Mee'. I'm sorry if this was confusing to you, but I would appreciate it if my album can be named as it is named in print as a physical CD.

Likewise, 'The Sound of Fashion' was a physical CD that was released by Bucks Music, and it is real. Why would you want to remove it from my discography?

I appreciate you 'cleaning up my life' on this page, I would suggest editing out my records from existence is a little heavy handed for a clean up.

The album 'Cylinder' is real too byt the way, and so is my release 'The Mermaid Song' which sold 24,000 copies and was the subject of a full page feature in the Los Angeles Times.

Feel free to include them too. Thanks.67.85.61.211 (talk) 03:48, 5 January 2016 (UTC) YSANNE SPEVACK67.85.61.211 (talk) 03:48, 5 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Conflict Of Interest edit

I cleaned up the early life section, and reordered the career section. Still the career section has too much name-dropping and not enough dates in my opinion. Not forgetting to mention that when I compiled her discography there is this strange gap between 1997 and 2008. Jgc2003 (talk) 15:58, 4 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
