French version? edit

Did the French version come first? ('Nouvel Bonheur) 86.176.182.237 (talk) 00:09, 8 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Error In Credits edit

The article lists Sammy Fain, Irving Kahal, and Pierre Connor. But in the CD "Chester & Lester" (which is what prompted my search), the credits list "Fain-Kahal-Norman".

Continuing to search, I find that Pierre Norman is also listed as the collaborator for the song in Irving Kahal's entry.

Furthermore, the article for Monkey Business (1931 film), which this article links to, also lists the trio "Sammy Fain, Irving Kahal, and Pierre Norman", albeit for a different song ("When I Take My Sugar to Tea").

So if no one has objections, I'll be changing the name from Connor to Norman this week. John Gamble (talk) 19:27, 14 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Made the change. Also inserted a space between "music" and "writer" in the text. John Gamble (talk) 15:47, 18 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Both French and English versions edit

Since "The Big Pond" was shot in both French and English, it may well be that one of the lyricists did English, and the other, French lyrics. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.28.102.27 (talk) 05:58, 16 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
