In the realm of Indian politics, controversies arise on a daily basis. It's unnecessary to include every single daily controversy or news item unless the individual in question has been convicted by the Indian Judiciary or has served a considerable amount of time in jail. Also, Having a separate controversies section in articles isn't ideal. Instead, the pertinent issues should be addressed within the relevant sections of the individual's career articles, rather than consolidating them into a section that may incite negativity. I would request editors to discuss here on talk page before adding them.
Removing everything as you did looks more like white-washing than anything else. Some of this probably should be better off put in the relevant section of the the article, and there's some parts that probably have too much and a hint of WP:COATRACK. Everything straight removed though, no. Ravensfire (talk) 14:07, 8 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
It is a good idea to avoid sections focusing on criticisms or controversies. It is much better to incorporate the material into the sections on Adityanath's career, like this. In some cases (such as the teacher recruitment problem mentioned by The WireThe Wire 19 Aug 24) it is not obvious why it is being mentioned in a biography of Adityanath.
If it was a problem caused by Adityanath's actions, the article should explain this.
If it was just something that happened when Adityanath was in charge, the section should not be written as blaming Adityanath, but instead say how Adityanath dealt with the problem. (Nobody blames the Emperor Titus for the eruption of Mount Vesuvius during his reign; instead historians praise him for how he handled it.)
Donald Trump#Public image#Incitement of violence, this section deals with the controversies that happened during Trump's tenure and similar things are in biography of other polticians. (Like in Lalu Prasad Yadav, they have put all the controversies together in a section, even the matters that may not be the doing of subject.) Just like the step taken by government in tenure of any leader, the shortfalls also form an important part of biography. As for example, i have seen the details about "water gate scandal" in biography of an American president. The section contains some of the serious issues that happened during Aditynath's tenure and it should be there. Writing only achievements will be like making it an article full of WP:Puffery. Meanwhile, i noticed that such section are part of the tenure as a subsection in articles of other polticians. So, as of now, I have put it as a subsection in Chief Ministership section.- Admantine123 (talk) 01:53, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Admantine123 So many criticism were mentioned in other politicians like Mamata Banerjee but it was removed claiming same reason. It looks very biased when only targeted politicians gets this kind of one way header with alleged allegations which often politicians get Loveforwiki (talk) 02:55, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I never visited that page. You are free to add the sourced stuff on that one and feel free to tag me there if someone tries to remove it. I support the inclusions if supported by ample amount of sources. Meanwhile , I observed that you are right about that page. But there was no consensus and two editors who seem to agree did that without involving other editors. I am restoring the section there as well as subsection. I think Yogi Adityanth's criticism and controversies needs some more strong sources as it has cited single single sources with same website. And it is written like essay. Loveforwiki (talk) 05:31, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Hello @Loveforwiki While your arguments may be true regarding the targeting of Indian politicians over criticism and controversies, it should not be forgotten that there are issues directly involving Yogi Adityanath. Hate speeches and religious comments, and other incidents involving him as an MP, paper leaks, and the bulldozer demolitions under his administration to name a few. While I understand the importance of not adding daily news and analysis, for example his comments on certain issues that received widespread criticism, we cannot ignore the significant events of Yogi Adityanath political career.
These allegations have been put on him by oppositions... none of them went to court. These daily allegations can't be added with proper header. Loveforwiki (talk) 15:38, 10 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

This BOP uses the full name 'Yogi Adityanath' instead of just 'Adityanath,' as in the example: "In 2018, Yogi Adityanath supported and campaigned...". In the Ordinance and Bills section, the subject is also addressed as "Chief Minister unveiled the policy on reducing population..." There are grammatical errors as well. This BOP needs a complete rewrite in terms of grammar, writing style, and, most importantly, to eliminate any Yogi Adityanath government advertisements or fan perspective. Please let me know if you need any help. Thank you. 25 CENTS VICTORIOUS🍁12:43, 10 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
