Listing order

In the introductory paragraph there is this sentence: "Alumni also include current United States Supreme Court associate justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Sonia Sotomayor, as well as a number of former justices, including Abe Fortas, Potter Stewart and Byron White;..." The first itemization is in order of seniority (appointment date). The second is alphabetic. Should not the order system be the same for both? That would either make the first one SA, SS, CT, or else make the second one PS, BRW, AF. - PraeceptorIP (talk) 18:56, 17 June 2016 (UTC)
