@Praxidicae:This person meets WP:NACADEMIC#3 for being a IEEE fellow and also passes GNG. Sources overall are reliable and provide significant coverage, which I believe would definitely survive if it is sent to AfD and thus I did some cleanup and accepted it. I've removed those self-published journals and unreliable as well as lots of POV sentences before accepting it.
