Xiao Xiangrong appears in p.22 of Roderick MacFarquhar's book Mao's Last Revolution and p.210 of Frederick Tiewes' book The Tragedy of Lin Biao: Riding the Tiger During the Cultural Revolution. He is Luo Ruiqing's deputy and a target of Lin Biao and his wife Ye Qun. Google books links:
