Coords anyone?

I think it would be a good idea to have links to a Google Maps or Mapquest page for each wrong way multiplex. Perhaps someone who knows where a certain multiplex is could find it and add it in. I'd do it, but I don't know where any of these listed ones actually are located.

Bay Bridge

I was going to add the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and approaches as a Maryland wrong way. I swear I saw a map (or maybe a road sign) marking the bridge as a stretch of I-97. This would have let you drive on I-97S, US301N and US50E at the same time. However, the I-97 article doesn't seem to bear this out, nor can I find that map (if it ever existed). No, I-97 does not cross the bridge; it ends at 50 like what, 5 or so miles west of the bridge. You very well could have seen a map that said that, but it's not right. --MPD01605 (T / C) 04:03, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

Perhaps I saw a "To I-97" sign on the brige and spaced the To. I suppose it could happen some day if somebody wanted to run I-97 down the DelMarVa to Norfolk. I did see something about I-97 presently ending at the unsigned I-595. But 595's probably going north with 301.--J Clear 02:39, 8 June 2006 (UTC)

WCH looks like a nice plate of Spaghetti. If you include old 35, it seems like 5 routes running around that block. Unfortunately I can't see if there's a wrong way in there, let alone a double. Is there a place to list the most overlaid alignments?--J Clear 00:06, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

Cleanup

So here's what I'm thinking: two routes need to run longer than a block or two to be included in the list. Any objections? I'm sorry if your town is on the list, but I was looking at Ohio State Route 7 and it has a wrong-way with OH 60 in Marietta, Ohio, but I don't feel that's significant enough to be in the list. Interstates, US routes, and major state routes are fine. Just they'd have to be longer than like, 5 or 10 miles. Maybe. I support a case-by-case basis, though. US 79 and US 61 in Memphis area

Is this a wrong-way concurrency? It looks like it should be and it would seem to be notable, being it shares a route with I-55 at that point, and it is a two-state WWC as well. (I don't think there are any of those listed.)

Quebec route 101 and Quebec route 117

For 19 km west of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Route 101 and Route 117 are concurrent on an east-west section of road. From what I think each route's cardinal direction should be along this route, when moving westward, the route would be signed as Route 101 south and Route 117 north at the same time. Does anyone know if this 19-km section west of Rouyn-Noranda is an example of a wrong-way concurrency? Thank you. Ultraflame 03:49, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

If WWM redirects here, there should be a bold WWM somewhere in the intro as well as the definition of WWM which escapes me. Wrong Way Marking? Also WWM should likely be a dab page. --J Clear 02:19, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

Ahh, I see wrong way multi-plex was commented out by O as a neologism. I don't know if multi-plex qualifies or not, but multiplex is a well established word. Dictionary.com has serveral definitions and I was using it at least 25 years ago, albeit for digital circuits. --J Clear 02:35, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

I-287 and I-87 in New York State?

They are both north-south routes during their entire length, and in Suffern, NY 287 comes in from the south and I-87 comes in from the north, and the concurrency heads east to the Tappan Zee bridge. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.19.80.29 (talk) 18:31, 25 September 2007 (UTC) Actually, 287 is only North-South in New Jersey.
