User:KhanSwim, your addition of Kolesnikov's record is not consensus. This is a list of records and best results on FINA ratified competitions, not random ones. Only FINA can confirm whether they are followed in Kazan or not. Let's wait for a confirmation from FINA that it is the case. (And please, find the consensus here before making arguable changes.)
