War Crimes
Was wondering if there shouldn't be a section detailing allied war crimes. Why is there a section detailing deaths in the USSR due to famine under "Oppression of the Soviet Union," but no mention in the main article of the 1943 famine in British Bengal? Similarly, why is there a discussion of Soviet prison camps but seemingly no mention of British, American, etc internment camps and POW camps? There are other sections that it seems could be improved upon, for instance, the well-documented crimes committed by American troops - collection of Japanese skulls as trophies, decapitations, killing of prisoners or surrendering enemy forces, etc. There are articles on these individual topics, but it seems as if there should be mention made here if other war crimes are being discussed. - Civilian casualties include deaths caused by strategic bombing, Holocaust victims, German war crimes, Japanese war crimes, population transfers in the Soviet Union, Allied war crimes, and deaths due to war related famine and disease.It covers all deaths the pageDriverofknowledge (talk) 02:14, 8 May 2020 (UTC)
Arithmetic error in "Total deaths by country" table
This table gives the 1/1/1939 population of Ruanda-Urundi as 3800000, and the total number of war deaths as lying between 36000 and 50000; this gives the percentage range as 0.9 - 1.3%. However, the percentage range column gives it as 0.09 - 1.3%, which I assume is an error in arithmetic. Can someone check up on this please? --Backwatering (talk) 21:35, 9 May 2020 (UTC)

The Swiss military causality is wrong and needs to get edited. On 5th of September 1944 there was a Swiss plane shot down and killed a person. There is a Wikipedia page about Aerial Incidents in Switzerland in World War II. It also has a source and it is this book. Not done: The table indicates the figures are rounded to the nearest hundredth place. Perhaps this could be included in the country's footnote, but I'm not too sure so another editor can consider that. GoodCrossing (talk) 15:52, 28 May 2020 (UTC)
