British casualties include colonies?
Many lists for WW2 do include colonies under the UK statistics, but this one doesn't seem to. It seems someone has added 'including British colonies' after the UK in the table when this time they actually aren't included and the colonies are treated separately. - The statistics of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission do in fact include the colonies. [2] Per the Annual report "The War Dead of the United Kingdom: The total number of war dead of the United Kingdom and her colonies in the two world wars is 1,271,955. The countries in which the largest number of UK war dead are commemorated are France (580,423), the United Kingdom (283,247) and Belgium (211,258). In the United Kingdom, the Commission is responsible for graves and memorials at 13,000 sites.--Woogie10w (talk) 00:27, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
