Rebrand as World Channel edit

Can we get this article moved to "World Channel" and the name changed thusly throughout the article? That's how they're branding it now, more obviously in the on-air promos than on the website, and I figured if I just changed it, people would just revert it. Thanks. PBS Kids edit

It's come to pretty everyone's attention that some (or all) PBS member stations have replaced their World block with PBS Kids as of January 16.
