my own work

I wrote this and it is my own work. Surprisingly none of it was gleaned, copied or pasted from the website. I am a fan of the show. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.231.205.2 (talk) 13:32, 16 April 2007 (UTC).

If it isn't from the website then what is the source? It appears unverifiable. Also, the biographies appear to have been copied, as they are verbatim copies of the material posted on [1]. For proof, search Google on this phrase: "best known for his service as Commander in Chief, United States Central Command and Commander of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In the latter capacity, he coordinated the efforts of all Allied forces from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, " Please explain. -Will Beback · · 21:21, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

I have copies of local newspaper tv guide sections that state times, dates and channels. So, I'm not sure if you're saying it's not real or you've never seen it. In any event, the program published a perfectbound bi-monthly magazine with significant advertisers from the inception of the broadcast until at least 2000. I first came across the second issue on American Airlines, mistaking it for their inflight magazine. I can't be the only one that's familiar with it. I have probably ten or so back issues accumulated since then. Much of the factual data related to episode numbers is in that info and, those magazines are (or were) in university libraries nationwide. As well, the wire service Businesswire and one other, routinely announced episode content, and am sure it's archived on either LexisNexis or Dialog. Regarding Schwartzkopf's titles, his titles are factual and unintentionally similarly worded. I will doublecheck that I may have typed that as a placeholder, but affirm it was not a cut and paste. I will check each biography and will remove it immediately if I find that is copyrighted. 74.231.205.2 18:59, 17 April 2007 (UTC) 17 April 2007

Please add specific referencs for specific assertions. -Will Beback · · 19:16, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
Also, there's no need to have general biographies of Weinberger, et al, as Wikipedia laready has biographies of them. Just linking is sufficient. All we need here is the info about their involvement with the subject of this article. -Will Beback · · 19:50, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

Blog as a source

How is a blog used as a source? Hardly any journalistic integrity there, so I'm sure we could slant it based on any direction I decide to post on a Squidoo page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.139.216.34 (talk) 14:58, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
