The result of the move request was: moved to Woodside, Berkshire (hamlet). There's a definite consensus to move away from the original title of Woodside, Berkshire; however, determining consensus for Woodside, Bracknell Forest vs. Woodside, Berkshire (hamlet) was more challenging, as many participants offered equal support to both options under a shared rationale. Ultimately, I found the consensus to be slightly stronger for Woodside, Berkshire (hamlet), as it was noted in the discussion that the hamlet lies within multiple districts. Woodside, BerkshireWoodside, Bracknell ForestWoodside, Old Windsor is also in Berkshire and the Old Windaor one has more views (873) than the hamlet (22)[[1]]. The article however states Woodside is also in Sunninghill and Ascot parish in Windsor and Maidenhead district. This may be because the area around Woodside may sometimes be called "Woodside" thus the Bracknell Forest may not be appropriate though at Talk:Roborough, South Hams#Requested move 9 October 2018 it was. Woodside (near Cranbourne) may be another option like Burton (near Neston). • Oppose and move Woodside, Old Windsor somewhere else. It's a long-standing tradition that only populated places get disambugated using comma-convention, and all other topics should get a different form. Or leave well alone, I don't see evidence that anyone is confused by the current setup. No such user (talk) 09:49, 16 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
    • It's a long-standing tradition that only populated places get disambugated using comma-convention, and all other topics should get a different form. Only for places in North America. For Commonwealth countries (other than Canada), the norm is to use comma disambiguation for buildings as well. For places elsewhere it's a right old mixture. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:10, 16 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Support per nom or move to Woodside, Berkshire (hamlet). -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:13, 16 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
Yeah that option may well be better, I'd probably actually support that over the district option if it is indeed in multiple districts. Crouch, Swale (talk) 22:52, 22 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
Relisting comment: I think a second relist would be beneficial to determining consensus here. echidnaLives - talk - edits 06:57, 14 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
