Desalination Plant edit

- Added further information regarding the proposed desalination plant. /this along with dredging in port phillip & the yarra and the north-south pipeline constitutes 3 very major issues in Victoria concerning water. (July 2008) 124.190.199.2 (talk) 14:46, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
- An article on it already exists at Melbourne desalination plant - I have moved some stuff from here over to there, and added references.
