American and British covers edit

I think we need a more consistent image. The image in the infobox uses (variants of, not the only possible form of) the American cover for books 1-7 and the British cover for books 8-12. Why?? Georgia guy (talk) 14:54, 14 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
