This article was proposed for deletion on January 4th 2017. The proposal was deleted on the same day with the following argument: "contest deletion - if incompleteness was a reason for deletion we would have to delete over 99% of all our articles". I don't think this is a valid argument, it should only depend on the relevance and content of this arricle. What is your opinion?
