Proposed merger edit
The Hastings article already has some information about Hastings Old Town, but no information on Winkle Island, which is at the heart of the Old Town. Every day for over a thousand years? edit
I find it impossible to believe that the boats have been launched every day for a thousand years, or that anyone has recorded this. But I've added a "fact" template rather than deleting the statement, toprompt anyone who knows better to substantiate this. --rossb 22:56, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
