Unpublished synthesis? edit
The fact that many sheriffs were corrupt is one thing. To make the conclusion that Wendenal, too, "may" have been corrupt and even "may" have been killed by a rebel peasant seems like a pretty far-fetched speculation. Since no source is cited for it, it looks like somebody's original research.--Anonymous44 (talk) 23:37, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
