Burial info

edit

An earlier version of this page had Troy buried at the Stockton State Hospital. No referencing was provided. Most likely he did die in Stockton and was once buried at the hospital. However the VA website shows him at the new San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery. Find a Grave shows a headstone, but they list it as a cenotaph. (I've written to them about this.) This, IMO, is probably incorrect because why would the VA do a headstone without a "in memory of" designation. Moreover, the VA grave locator shows him at San Joaquin Valley. – S.
