I have removed the list of notable buildings, because every one I could quickly verify turned out to be by McKim, or MMW as a firm. In fact, the source listed indicates that the buildings are MMW's, and they should not be listed under Mead's name. Indeed, the AIA Guide to NYC doesn't list a single building solely by Mead. Anyone considering building a new notable buildings list should provide an individual reference for each one, as any which are not supported by a citation from a reliable source should be removed.
