Lots of info missing about Mr Perl, especially about his methods of interrogation which were illegal under any laws back then when he was active for the United States. Would it be permissible to cut-and-paste the referenced allegations regarding Mr Perl's methods of interrogation and obtaining confessions from the Wikipedia entry on the Malmedy massacre trials?
