Article reclassified edit

The subject of this article served for many years in positions where he strongly influenced decisions about what natural areas should be protected, both for California and the Federal governments. I think the article shows this and should be reclassified as High importance. I have also name it C class, since it has had many worthwhile additions since it was given a Start classification.
