I see a lot of use of G. E. Cokayne, The Complete Peerage, n.s., Vol.IX, p.672, note (b)—the statement “On 17 April 1543 their marriage was annulled by an Act of Parliament and any of her children "born during esposels between Lord and Lady Parr"” apparently comes from that source. I cannot access this and have no idea what the source actually says. According to Susan James, Catherine Parr’s biographer, Parr separated from Anne in 1542 and on 13 March 1543 William had a bill passed which repudiated his wife and made any children she had illegitimate.
