Here is a great story, but I dont know how to work it in without original research - connecting dots that are not specified in a single source. This book talks of Heinemanns marketing - Heinemann sees a boy on the street attempting to sell "baby dolls" but not succeeding while another boy is able to sell his dolls, calling them "the empire lady". Heinemann tells the other boy to stop calling them "baby dolls" and instead sell them in pairs as "The Heavenly Twins" - the boy does so and does a brisk business, driving off his competitor. Heinemann notes that book stores in this vicinity have a swift uptake in the sale of penny novels - such as The Heavenly Twins a novel written by Sarah Grand on the Heineman imprint. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 15:56, 1 January 2013 (UTC)
