Burial edit

Temporary removed this:

His grave, among other Hull Quaker worthies [1], lies in the Quaker Burial Ground in the Old General Cemetery, Spring Bank, Hull. His grave, the horizontal stone of which mentions the ‘oil engine’, is the southern most in the 3rd row from the east.

The correct link is http://www.pagegangster.com/p/TSy2z/ which is for (pages 9-12) of "iContact" February 2009 Number 43.

The link doesn't give the grave location, and doesn't mention the burial. I'll see if this is verifyable - I'm not sure if an image of the grave is proper. The inscription may be worth mentioning.

Same article is found here too http://www.eylhs.org.uk/newsletter%2022.pdf Mddkpp (talk) 23:23, 10 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

For the record, the description given above of the grave location is innacurate, but it is in the Quaker Section of the General Cemetery, Spring Bank West, Hull, UK. The grave is not remarkable (as the Quaker graves appear to follow an 'all equal before god' principle and are generally all the same) - it does however have written on it the epitath "inventor of the oil engine".83.100.227.241 (talk) 16:30, 11 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
