Two different Williams de Ow? edit

According to the passage cited from Cox, the dismembered William de Ow owned Silchester, which is geographically remote from Dorset, Gloucestershire, or Somerset at the far end of Hampshire. No source is cited for the proposition that De Ow held properties in Dorset, Gloucestershire, and Somerset; it must be at least possible that the treasonous De Ow was a different person than the Stonehouse De Ow. ----Frans Fowler (talk) 09:55, 23 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
