This link doesn't provide "a unique resource beyond what the article would contain if it became a featured article", so it's better to just link to those three texts, if those specific texts are noteworthy (and if not, why would we link them?) It would make more sense to import the texts to Wikisource if they are in the public domain, and we can just include a general link to that directory. czar 13:13, 7 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

I was mostly interested in the photo of William C. Owen in the given link. His writings can be found on a few sites, but it was very difficult to track down an actual photo. Of course, photo copyrights can be more complicated, so, I didn't upload that. The texts links include his photo, but, I have no source on how noteworthy they are. I could link these texts in the meantime, as I am uncertain and don't want to make the call on their copyright status. Holdoffhunger (talk) 01:01, 8 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
Found a larger version of the photo here but can't ascertain when it was first made available to the public (commons:Commons:Copyright rules by territory/United Kingdom as the photo was taken in London in 1922, so says this website), or whether acquisition by Centre International de Recherches sur l'Anarchisme counts for that. czar 02:18, 8 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
Original company appears to be the Anglo-French Photo Co., and there are very few things I can find on them, but most are pre-1930 (here; here; and here). I imagine this follows the British "anonymous" rule for +70 years after publication, or the unpublished rule. If this company ended before 1930 (seems likely), both rules would put this in the public domain. But I can't find a specific source for that. Holdoffhunger (talk) 18:01, 8 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
In fact, it's probably unlikely that CIRA actually acquired the rights for the photo. It's probably the closest thing possible to "mostly-guaranteed public domain"? I never upload photos because of ambiguities like this, but, let me know what you think.
On an unrelated note, at least one of those texts ("Anarchism versus Socialism") seems to be well-known, so I'm thinking maybe add that to a new section of Works? The other work on the Mexican Revolution might be a useful reference for some of his activism in Mexico, too. Holdoffhunger (talk)
The "anonymous work" part would depend on if/whether the image was first published or when it was first made available to the public. Might be an old img but only surfaced recently, etc.
Re: his bibliography, ideally we would cite secondary sources that list or discuss the major works written by him. czar 02:58, 12 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
Good points! I appreciate your patience and informativeness. Adding a 'Works' section for now with just one the one hyperlinked text, feel free to undo if needed. Holdoffhunger (talk) 01:31, 15 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
