T shirts and KFC meals?

edit

Please add a source for this. I don't know this man - maybe I can belive the T-shirts but where's the logic behind the KFC freebies? Do they sponsor him?--JBellis 20:14, 17 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Source added. I don't believe KFC sponsors him. -- Twitch3z 10:38, 3 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Why the name change??

edit

Our naming rules say we are to use the most common version of a person's name. (Recent discussion landed on Barack Obama, without middle initial or name, for example.) William C. Dement's name is all over, in that form. Charles can certainly be named in the lead, but not in the title! - Hordaland (talk) 01:20, 31 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

I agree, this should be changed back to William C. Dement, I've never seen his full name in common usage. Doctalk 06:45, 31 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
It is apparently user:Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) who made the name change. I've asked him on his Talk page to reverse the change, citing naming conventions with John F. Kennedy as an example. - Hordaland (talk) 12:48, 31 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

I took the bit out about the t-shirts because the anecdote is not important enough to go into an encyclopedia article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by John Lincoln (talkcontribs) 05:24, 8 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
