Wild pig (disambiguation) → Wild pig – The fact that this redirect targets Wild boar could be considered a WP:SURPRISE to readers at least in the United States. For the most part in most literature (in the United States), the word "wild" and "feral" are used interchangeably for domesticated animals that eventually had wild/feral descendants ... such as the subject at Feral pig. Readers (at least in the United States) may look up the term "Wild pig" expecting to find the subject at Feral pig. However, since I'm unsure the term "Wild pig" is viewed in the rest of the world, rather than suggesting that Wild pig, the redirect, be retargeted to Feral pig, I'm instead recommending that the disambiguation page be moved to the base title so readers can decide for themselves which subject they are attempting to locate. Someone more qualified than me should check the current redirects to Wild boar to see which should point to the dab page now that it's been moved. I got some "wild pig" variants, but haven't touched anything related to swine, etc. Dekimasuよ! 20:59, 6 February 2018 (UTC)
