Texas? edit

I removed the line "This is usually experienced by Vermont, New York, Texas and Maine" because I don't really believe it and it was added by some person who made no other contributions. Put it back if there's any reason to. 71.252.43.16 20:47, 14 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Whiteout Image edit

This picture shows absolutely nothing.

I put in a new photo. It is not nearly as complete a whiteout as the old one, but it has trees fading into the background for reference, and it shows the characteristic unclear horizon. --Googleaseerch 02:22, 6 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image contradicts text edit

The article says in substance that it's not a true whiteout if the visibility is greater than 10 m (33 ft), but the Saskatchewan picture clearly has a far greater visibility and is labeled a whiteout. Which is correct? MattF (talk) 03:05, 15 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
