Ehrenkater, regarding the clarification tag, to me the sentence makes sense, but I appreciate that it may not be as clear as I imagine it to be. Could you please explain what the problem is, so that I can correct it? Thanks and regards. The joy of all things (talk) 07:37, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
"Past Ilkley and Otley" could mean "as [the river flows] past Ilkley and Otley", i.e. in the vicinity of those places, or it could mean "once it has flowed past Ilkley and Otley", i.e. further downstream; or maybe even both. I didn't want to amend the wording because I don't know which is right.---Ehrenkater (talk) 13:24, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
