Transit passengers

What are the rules for passengers just changing between planes in the US, for example wanting to travel between Mexico and Europe ? Could be some info in the article. -- BIL (talk) 22:53, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

What about it's direct conflic with the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo?

The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo (witch is a legal US-Mexican treaty) states that we can go free without and information at all. was it nullified? forgotten?? what the story?--Sir Joe Cool (talk) 20:36, 24 September 2009 (UTC)

I can find nothing in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo in reffernce to this. In any case, common sense dictates that given the current state of the ruined "counrty" that was once Mexico it would simply be ridiculous to allow any more "free without and information at all" travel of dope, slaves, and illegal immigrants then there all ready is from there into the U.S.. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.167.255.155 (talk) 05:32, 19 March 2010 (UTC)

Read this article seeking information about border crossing rules, and found that all links to the DHS website, on which the references to the USC should have been findable, were no longer up-to-date.
