Time Differences
editFlightRadar24 (via Twitter) states the accident time is around 23:18/00:18Z as opposed to the operator stating that a Mayday call was sent out 13 minutes later at 23:31/00:31Z. Manfredj (talk) 16:57, 14 January 2016 (UTC)
SHK investigation
editThe SHK have released an interim statement in English. Mjroots (talk) 14:39, 9 March 2016 (UTC)
Speed discrepancy
editThe last section says that the CRJ200 has a "never exceed" speed of 315 knots, but the Bombardier CRJ200 page lists the normal cruising speed as 424 knots. Clearly something is off here.

- No, all is in order. The "never exceed" speed belongs to the types of speed directly indicated to the pilots in all aircraft, see Indicated airspeed.
- The mentioned cruising speed is a True airspeed which is not used for controlling the aircraft.
- See also V speeds for various speeds and speed limitations. --Uli Elch (talk) 14:20, 22 April 2016 (UTC)
- In which case that should be removed. The interim report also reported the final speed at impact of 508 knots and acceleration of +3g (see page 8 (27), but this had nothing whatever to do with flying limits. I have added a lengthy quote from the report, but the events which happened in the first 17 seconds of the event might be deemed more notable. Martinevans123 (talk) 20:30, 22 April 2016 (UTC)
I don't understand it
editThis malfunctioning artificial horizon can induce the crew in error when it's night and no visual reference is available. That situation may last a few seconds. But when then the captain trying to correct the attitude brings about the steep dive, at that moment at the latest should the crew realise what is happening even without any instruments. There may then still be time to correct it. No such attempt has been made. How is it possible? Traveller45 (talk) 16:46, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
Could you improve the accuracy of the coordinates?
editI expected the coordinates to include the seconds portion. This page is missing that. Will (Talk - contribs) 17:55, 11 December 2020 (UTC)
