Peer Review on Article of Wendy Chung

edit

Your article on Wendy Chung seems to be on the right track; in your sandbox discussing the potential article topics, it looks like you’ve found additional information on her profession as a clinical and molecular geneticist who has contributed to science by initiating a new form of “newborn screening for spinal muscular atrophy” along with its references which makes the article stand out on influential she is to the scientific world. If it’s possible to find more information under the subtopic “Personal Life,” it’d be nice to read more about her personal life and it looks like you are in the process of adding onto that section. Just like my article on Tu Youyou, it is a bit difficult to find information on their personal life and especially information coming from reliable sources. The only recommendation I can think of is include photos of Wendy Chung, which is something my article needs as well. Rgalinat (talk) 03:51, 9 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Response to Peer Review:

Thanks so much for your input! I agree, I feel as if the information on her personal life has been the hardest to find, but would make a valuable contribution to the article. I plan on finding additional information to make this section more well-rounded. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bthomp34 (talkcontribs) 00:06, 14 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

In PBS The Gene [1] (2020-04-07), Dr. Wendy Chung said she lost her second son.

“Then something unexpected happened that turned her world upside down: the death of their second son.“ Life as a Zebra Hunter 2019-12-16 [2] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2605:A000:1112:61F5:11AF:27A5:43E5:D8A4 (talk) 06:03, 12 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
