I changed the logo filename back to "Wellsboro and Corning Railroad Herald.gif", since "Wellsboro and Corning Railroad.jpg" seems to have a broken image. If the .jpg file is fixed, it would be better to use that one since the .jpg file had an explicit license sent to OTRS. The .gif file is only fair-use.
