The Mayor of the village Weitendorf - county of Parchim, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany - was a member of the main party of the German Democratic Republic. The party was called "Sozialistische Einheitspartei Deutschlands" (SED). Since 1977 Bernd Knoll is Mayor so that the old system is still represented in a moralic way.

Until 1990 he lived in the village Sternberg in a rented flat which belonged to a member of STASI. These members looked after the "Political Correctness" of the inhabitants. The attractive "Kanu-Camp" at the river side of Warnow in Weitendorf is competitive to a little concentration camp. There were built some wooden hats and the visitors are observed by a video-camera. To enjoy the good air the hats are positioned very near to the cloace of the old manor-house Weitendorf. After 1945 there was pumped the excrement of the people who lived in the castle. Because this buliding is not very small there were able to live more than 20 Persons inclusive employees of the LPG - the old communistic farm. This mass is stored until today so the sparkling bubbles make really fun for the visitors.

The Eastern part of Germany is as warm as in former time... U 2 R WELLCOME!
