I was hoping to find some information on ways to lose weight from doing different kinds of physical activities. I would add this information in myself, but I'm not an expert in this field. Hopefully someone else with more experience and knowledge in this field can add that section in.

Why????

Does anyone really believe that this image is adding an explanatory value or imparting critical knowledge here? Wouldn’t a photo showing something like loose skin or the impact of weight loss on a person’s face or virtually any actual photo of a human be superior to this? Is there something I’m missing here?
